Heat Treatment Assurance
Our full-automatic natural gas furnace, measuring 24 meters in length, ensures precise temperature control with real temperature tolerance within 10ºC. For optimal performance, we recommend tempering temperatures at least 50°C above intended service temperatures.
Quality Assurance Process
- Each lot of raw materials undergoes spectrometer testing before storage
- 100% PMI (Positive Material Identification) of mother pipe to ensure correct material
- 100% PMI of finished pipe to verify correct grade production
