Product Introductions:

1. The Lap joint band exhaust clamp is desiged to connect connect 2 pipes of small difference on the OD .

2. It can provide a very simple, effective way when connecting your exhaust systems with 360°seal .

The unique seal and high clamp loads are supplied without distorting your exhaust components, allowing the flexibility to disassemble for service.

3. Regular exhaust clamps will distort the tubes when you try to tighten to make it more seal. With an I shape reaction block, which has arc curved face, together with a bolt, the clamp can create a complete "Inner circle Seal", helping avoid any leak of exhaust gas or noise.

This band exhaust clamp can slip over the connections and fasten this overlapping part. Compared with conventional U-clamps and flat band clamps, these high torque clamps offer a much tighter seal by using a reaction block that transfers bolt torque into clamp strength assuring a tight seal.

Product Installation:

The installation is very simple, customer only need to put one of the nut bar on one side and insert the bolts, put another nut bar on, then screw the nuts, and connect two pipes of unequal outside diameters.
