Product Description

Our company manufactures premium DIN 1.4841 (UNS S31400) stainless steel plates through both cold rolling and hot rolling processes, offering exceptional high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance up to 1150°C. Our ISO9001-certified plates comply with AISI, ASTM, EN, DIN, and JIS standards, making them ideal for extreme thermal applications across various industries.

314 stainless steel (S38340) belongs to austenitic heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, mainly composed of chromium (24% -27%), nickel (18% -21%), and silicon (1.5% -2.5%), with the following characteristics:

  • High temperature resistance: It can be used for a long time at 1100 ℃ and has excellent creep resistance. ‌
  • Corrosion resistance: Suitable for strong corrosive media such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, with a smooth and easy to clean surface. ‌
  • Mechanical properties: High tensile strength and yield strength, can be formed through cold/hot processing. ‌
