Performance characteristics

- Excellent corrosion resistance: With the action of elements such as chromium, nickel, molybdenum, etc., it can effectively resist the erosion of many strong acids, strong bases, and corrosive media such as chloride ions. It performs well in scenarios with corrosion risks such as chemical and marine environments. For example, in some chemical production pipelines that come into contact with acidic or alkaline solutions, it can maintain a long service life.
- Strong resistance to intergranular corrosion: The presence of titanium element can stabilize carbides during welding or high temperature heating, avoiding chromium element depletion at grain boundaries due to carbide formation, thereby greatly reducing the probability of intergranular corrosion and ensuring the stability of pipes under complex working conditions.
- Good high temperature resistance: able to maintain good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance in high temperature environments, able to withstand high temperatures of about 400 ℃ -900 ℃, suitable for equipment components such as heat exchangers that work at high temperatures.
- Excellent welding performance: By using appropriate welding processes such as argon arc welding, the quality of the weld seam can be guaranteed to be good, and the performance of the welded joint is close to that of the base material.
