Performance Characteristics:

-Corrosion resistance: Good corrosion resistance in non oxidizing acids such as sulfuric acid, acetic acid, formic acid, phosphoric acid, etc., and excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion in neutral chloride ion media.
-Processing performance: Good machinability and weldability, able to use multiple welding methods, with a tendency towards sticking to the cutting edge and work hardening during processing.

Production Process:

-Smelting: High quality 904L stainless steel raw materials are melted in an electric arc furnace or induction furnace, with strict control over the content and proportion of alloy elements.
-Hot rolling: After continuous casting or forging, the melted steel block is rolled by a hot rolling mill to reduce its thickness.
-Pickling: Removing oxide scale and impurities from the surface of hot-rolled steel strip.
-Cold rolling: further reducing the thickness of the steel strip, improving flatness and dimensional accuracy.
-Annealing: Restoring the plasticity of cold-rolled steel strip.
-Surface treatment: Grinding, polishing and other treatments are carried out to improve surface smoothness and aesthetics.
