Ultimate security A4 stainless steel cap head screws. Three-combination defense: tamper-resistant drive, permanent threadlocker & breakaway head. For utilities, transport & public fixtures. Passivated.
Protect critical infrastructure from vandalism and unauthorized access with our **High-Security Cap Head Hexagon Socket Three Combination Screws**. Engineered for maximum defense, these fasteners integrate **three independent security mechanisms**: 1) A **tamper-resistant pin-in-hex socket drive**, 2) A **permanent, high-strength pre-applied threadlocker**, and 3) A **breakaway/frangible hex head**. Made from corrosion-resistant A4 stainless steel, they provide an unparalleled permanent, vandal-proof solution for public utilities, transportation, and high-security enclosures.

Primary Uses & Applications:
* Utility boxes (electrical, telecom, gas, water).
* Public transportation fixtures (bus stops, rail trackside equipment).
* Traffic signal & control cabinet access panels.
* Bridge & tunnel infrastructure access points.
* Permanent security fencing & gate hardware.
* High-value asset protection (ATMs, vending machines - permanent installs).
Surface Treatment/Finishes:
* **Passivation (Standard):** Critical chemical process to maximize corrosion resistance by removing free iron and enriching the passive chromium oxide layer.
* **Electropolishing (Optional):** Enhances corrosion resistance, provides smoother surface (reduced friction during install), bright finish. Improves cleanability.
How to Use:
1. **Prepare:** Ensure female threads are clean, dry, and compatible (A4 nut/threaded hole recommended). Hole must accommodate full screw length *including* the breakaway head.
2. **Insert Screw:** Use the **specialized TR driver bit** (e.g., TR30 for M10) matching the screw size. Insert the screw into the hole.
3. **Tighten:** Apply torque using a calibrated torque wrench/driver. Tighten to the specified torque value for the size and material.
4. **Breakaway:** Once final torque is reached, **continue applying torque**. The specially designed **hex head will shear off cleanly** just below the top surface, leaving only a smooth, non-grippable cylindrical stud. *The screw is now permanently locked in place.*
5. **Removal:** **Extremely difficult and destructive.** Requires drilling out the screw remnant. Replacement requires re-tapping the hole.
