Flat Spring Washer – Conical Disc Spring / Belleville Washer DIN 2093 (51CrV4 / Stainless 304/316)

Flat spring washers (Belleville disc springs) are conical-shaped spring elements designed to maintain bolt preload under vibration, thermal expansion, and material creep. Manufactured to DIN 2093 and GB/T 1972 standards, these washers deliver high spring force within a compact axial space. Available in carbon spring steel (51CrV4, CK75) and stainless steel (301, 304, 316) with various finishes including zinc plating, Dacromet®, and PTFE coating. Stackable in parallel or series for custom load and deflection characteristics.
