Description

Technical Overview: This fully automated line is engineered for the rapid, high-quality finishing of flat substrates. It replaces manual spraying with precision reverse-roller coating technology, achieving near 100% material utilization (zero waste). The integrated high-intensity UV curing tunnel ensures instant drying, allowing products to be packed immediately off the line.

The Integrated Process & Features:

  1. Surface Preparation (Dust Cleaning):

    • Double-roller nylon brush machine with strong air knives removes all sawdust and contaminants from substrate pores to ensure a defect-free finish.

  2. Precision Roller Coater (Single/Double Head):

    • Metering System: Utilizes a separate "Doctor Roller" (steel) and "Application Roller" (rubber) with precise gap adjustment to control coating thickness down to micron levels (typically 10g–30g/m²).

    • Material Efficiency: Coating material is continuously circulated; unused material is returned to the tank, eliminating waste.

  3. UV Curing Tunnel:

    • Lamp Technology: Equipped with high-power Mercury Vapor or Gallium doped UV lamps (80W/cm – 120W/cm). Gallium lamps are used for deeper curing of pigmented coatings.

    • Temperature Control: Integrated cooling fans and optimized reflectors prevent heat buildup, allowing curing of heat-sensitive substrates like PVC or thin wood veneers.
