  • Continuous Loop System: The QXG-Series suspension chain conveyor operates non-stop, allowing for efficient loading and unloading without interrupting the coating process.

  • Precision Control: Managed by a central PLC Touch Screen (HMI) with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for accurate speed synchronization (0-6 m/min).

  • Rapid Color Change: Features a Mono-Cyclone + After-filter recovery system capable of 98%+ powder recovery, allowing color switches in under 15 minutes.

  • Thermal Efficiency: The tunnel curing oven employs a "bottom-feed, top-return" airflow design with high-density rock wool insulation to minimize energy consumption.
