Overview

The foundation of any high-quality coating is proper surface preparation. The CoatTech Automatic Spray Tunnel is an inline system designed to clean, degrease, and chemically treat metal parts before they enter the painting line. Built entirely from non-corrosive materials, this system ensures paint adhesion and prevents corrosion under the coating (creepage).

  • Multi-Stage Chemistry: Customizable configurations from 3 stages (Degrease/Rinse/Silane) to 7+ stages (Zinc Phosphating).

  • Corrosion Proof Construction: Tunnel housing, tanks, and piping are fabricated from 304 Stainless Steel or PP (Polypropylene) for acid resistance.

  • Counter-Flow Rinse: Smart water management system reuses water from cleaner stages to earlier stages, reducing water consumption by 30%.

  • Mist Separation: Entrance and exit vestibules equipped with mist separators prevent chemical steam from escaping into the workshop.
