Overhead Conveyor Chain Components, Tracks & Drive Units (QXG & XT Series)

Keep your production line moving with CoatTech’s premium conveyor components. We supply complete chain systems as well as individual spare parts. From the versatile QXG Enclosed Track series to the heavy-duty American Standard XT Forged Chain, our components are heat-treated for high tensile strength and wear resistance.

Core Features

  • High Tensile Strength: Chains are drop-forged and heat-treated to withstand heavy loads and reduce stretching over time.

  • Flexible Layout: We provide horizontal curves (R600/R800) and vertical curves (Up/Down) to fit any factory layout.

  • Smooth Operation: C-Rail enclosed tracks keep the chain clean, while open I-Beam tracks allow for easy maintenance on heavy lines.

  • Drive Technology: Drive units with safety shear pins or torque limiters to protect the motor in case of a jam.
