Heated Industrial Air Makeup Unit (AMU) to Replace Exhausted Air and Maintain Positive Booth Pressure

Overview:

Crucial for the proper operation of large spray booths. Spray booths exhaust huge volumes of air; if that air isn't replaced, the building enters negative pressure, sucking in dust from outside. The CT-FreshAir unit draws in fresh outside air, filters it, heats it to spraying temperature, and forces it into the facility to balance the pressure.

Product Features:

  1. Composed of high-strength continuous monofilament glass fibers with a progressively layered structure for high capture efficiency.

  2. Excellent compressibility, maintains shape integrity, and features filtering fibers optimized for retaining paint mist and dust.

  3. The filter material is green and white: the green side represents the air intake surface, while the white side faces outward.

  4. Elasticity with minimal pressure loss, delivering outstanding capture and filtration efficiency for dense and tightly packed paint mist (G3 and G4 efficiency).

  5. Compliant with DIN 4102 F1 flame-retardant standards.

  6. Strong moisture resistance, capable of withstanding 100% relative humidity.

  7. High-temperature resistance up to 170°C.

  8. Available in rolls or pre-cut sheets.

Applications:

  1. General HVAC systems, dry paint booths, and automotive spray booth exhaust systems for coarse dust filtration. Captures excess paint overspray to prevent equipment contamination, protect painted surfaces, and safeguard the external environment.

  2. Installed on grilles or exhaust fan bases in baking booths to collect excess free overspray particles generated during operations.

  3. Widely used in paint mist filtration systems for spray stations, automotive paint booths, and other dry paint processes. Also suitable for automotive paint booth floor filtration and general coarse dust filtration systems.
