Chemical Revolving Stirrer Airflow XZG-10 Spin Flash Dryer

Flash dryer is a new type of continuous drying equipment integrating drying, crushing and screening. It is especially suitable for drying filter cake, paste and slurry materials. The drying time of wet materials in the drying tower is only 5-8 seconds, and the water evaporates instantly. The quality of dried products is closely related to the drying temperature, wind speed, air volume and crushing speed. The hot air enters the annular gap at the bottom of the drying chamber in the tangential direction from the inlet pipe and rises spirally. At the same time, the materials are quantitatively added into the tower by the feeder and fully heat exchanged with the hot air. The larger and wetter materials are mechanically crushed under the action of the agitator. The materials with low moisture content and small particle size rise together with the rotating air flow and are transported to the separator for gas-solid separation, The finished products are collected and packaged, and the tail gas is discharged after being treated by the dust removal device.

XZG-10 Stirrer Spin Flash Dryer Process

The hot air tangentially enters the bottom of the dryer and is driven by the agitator to form a powerful rotating wind field. The paste material enters the dryer by the screw feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating stirring paddle, the material is dispersed under the action of impact, friction and shearing force, the block material is rapidly pulverized, and it is fully contacted with hot air and heated, and dry. The dehydrated dry material rises with the hot gas flow, and the classification ring intercepts the large particles. The small particles are discharged from the center of the ring to the outside of the dryer and are recovered by the cyclone separator and the dust collector. The dry material is not dried or the bulk material is subjected to centrifugal force, fell to the bottom and was crushed and dried.

XZG-10 Stirrer Spin Flash Dryer Application

1. Foodstuffs: soy protein, gelatinized starch, wine trough, wheat sugar, wheat starch, etc.
