Hwashi's Automatic Filter Mesh Roll-Round Welding Machine combines precision roll-forming and continuous seam welding into a single automated process — flat wire mesh goes in, perfectly round and airtight filter cartridges come out. No manual rolling, no part transfer between stations, no seam misalignment.

Working Principle
The machine performs two operations in sequence within a single cycle:
  • Feeding — Servo-driven system feeds pre-cut mesh sheet or continuous strip to the exact required length
  • Roll-Forming — Precision forming rolls bend the flat mesh into a smooth cylinder with consistent diameter
  • Seam Welding — Continuous roller seam welding creates an overlapping series of weld nuggets along the longitudinal seam as the cylinder rotates
  • Discharge — Finished cartridge ejects automatically
The entire process is controlled by PLC with touch screen interface. No manual intervention between steps.
