A flat, foamed and sliced ​​sponge sheet is fed between a steel roller engraved with a specific pattern and an elastic support roller. Under the combined effects of pressure and tension, the sponge is briefly compressed, shaping its surface into a three-dimensional pattern that perfectly matches the pattern of the roller, ultimately establishing its shape.

1. Preparation: Place the large roll or sheet of sponge material on the unwind stand or workbench. Pass the leader through the guide rollers and embossing area before securing it to the rewind stand.

2. Parameter Setting: Set the desired pressure, speed, and speed on the touchscreen.

3. Start: Start the machine, and the embossing rollers begin heating and rotating.
