Description

Batch Foam Machine for Making Round Foam Block with diameter 1.6m · Mixing head:
· High-speed agitation: The most commonly used type. A high-speed rotating agitator shaft (speeds of up to 5,000-6,000 RPM or more) vigorously shears and mixes the raw materials. After mixing, the mixing head has a self-cleaning function to prevent clogging.
· Pouring nozzle and oscillating mechanism: The mixed material flows out through the pouring nozzle. To ensure more even distribution of the raw materials within the foaming chamber, the pouring nozzle is usually mounted on a mechanism that automatically swings left and right.
