This table lists common models of bus door pump solenoid valves. These DC24V pneumatic directional control valves are applied to the passenger pneumatic door system of coaches, city buses and intercity buses, used to control the opening and closing of bus swing-out doors. Products are available in large size and small size, optional with wiring harness assembly or bare valve. Versions with PT thread interface are supplied for different installation requirements.

Application Purpose

Used to control the pneumatic circuit of bus passenger door pump, realize automatic opening and closing of bus swing-out passenger door.

Installation Instructions

1. Mount the solenoid valve on the reserved mounting bracket of the door system with screws firmly.

2. Connect compressed air pipelines correctly according to the air port marking; avoid wrong air circuit connection.

3. Connect the wiring harness plug tightly to prevent loose contact or water ingress.

4. Check air pipeline sealing after installation to eliminate air leakage.

5. Carry out trial operation to verify normal door opening & closing function.

Precautions for Use

1. Rated working voltage is DC24V. Do not apply incorrect voltage to avoid coil burnout.

2. Keep compressed air clean and dry; install air filter to prevent dust, water and impurities from entering the valve body and causing failure.

3. Regularly check pipeline joints for air leakage and inspect wiring harness for aging and damage.

4. Avoid long-term exposure to rain, dust and corrosive environment. Keep the valve and connector dry.

5. Do not disassemble the valve arbitrarily without professional guidance. Stop using immediately if abnormal noise, air leakage or door malfunction occurs.
