150L Explosion-proof Solvent Recovery Machine, certified by EU CE and national-level explosion-proof certification for the entire machine. The entire machine is designed with SUS304 stainless steel for corrosion prevention. It can process 150L at a time and has a recovery rate of over 95%. Equipped with a PLC fully automatic control system, it can be started with one button and is easy to operate. Working Principle


The TE-150L uses vacuum distillation technology to separate pure solvents from waste liquids:

Feeding
Waste solvent is pumped into the explosion-proof distillation tank via the continuous feed system.

Heating & Vaporization
Under negative pressure, the solvent’s boiling point is lowered, and the heating system heats the waste solvent to vaporize the pure solvent (non-volatile residues remain in the tank).

Condensation
Solvent vapor enters the condenser, cooling into liquid solvent.

Storage & Discharge
Recycled liquid solvent is stored in the vacuum tank, and residues are discharged regularly. The entire process is fully automated to minimize manual intervention.
