Mud Cleaner

Vibration & Splash Control​​

Linear vibration at ​​>5.2mm amplitude​​ ensures consistent solids conveyance, paired with ​​all-round anti-splash barriers​​ that cut mud spillage by 90%. The ​​frame screen structure​​ enhances structural integrity under cyclic loads, requiring zero reinforcement during transport or operation.

​​Customizable Cyclone Configuration​​

Adapt to diverse drilling conditions with configurable cyclone specs. The ​​300mm desanders (×2 units)​​ remove 40–70μm particles, while ​​125mm desilters (×12 units)​​ target 15–40μm fines. Overflow purity meets API RP 13C standards, reclaiming 95% of reusable drilling fluid.
