The OPLD is a specialized driver module designed for narrow pulse modulation of lasers/SOA (Semiconductor Optical Amplifier). It features internal integration of TEC (Thermo-Electric Cooler) for automatic temperature control. The module uses TTL (Transistor-Transistor Logic) level external triggering and offers the following characteristics: Fast rise time, high current, good stability, easy to use. The OPLD can be used in conjunction with responsive devices to replace electro-optic/acoustic-optic modulators in fiber optic sensor systems. It is also applicable in quantum communication systems, semiconductor testing, and other fields where precise and stable pulse modulation of laser diodes is required
