An ideal line for manufacturing memory devices such as DDR and SSD has been achieved by combining with the YSM20R/WR.
Ideal production line can be configured by using both the ultra-high speed YSM40R and high-speed multi-function YSM20R/WR for PCBs containing a mix of massive quantities of chips and tray components.
On PCBs with a mix of chips and IC, achieves high speed production by mounting with the YSM40R, and for mounting of medium to large components with the YSM20R/WR.
Using traversers makes maximum use of the high productivity of the Dual Lane YSM40R, and allows building a flexible and cost-effective single lane configuration.

High quality mounting, good opearting rate and less frequent maintenance are realized.

The currently used ZS feeder can be optionally upgraded to the ultra-high-speed ZS feeder by upgrading the software version and adjusting with the tune-up station.
