Super Duplex Seamless Tube made from Super Duplex S32750 / 2507 material, manufactured to ASTM A789 / ASME SA789 standards. The tubes are produced through a seamless, cold drawn process with solution annealing and quenching. With a PREN > 40, these tubes are ideal for demanding applications in subsea, marine, desalination, and oil & gas industries.
Material Properties
Super Duplex steel S32750 is engineered for extreme performance in highly corrosive environments. Its unique chemical composition with high chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen content delivers a Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN) exceeding 40, providing exceptional resistance to localized corrosion. In high-chloride environments like warm seawater, S32750 demonstrates remarkable immunity to stress corrosion cracking (SCC), outperforming standard duplex and most austenitic stainless steels.
