The furnace main body adopts heavy-duty welded steel frame construction. Key components contacting high-temperature molten liquid and corrosive electrolyte feature multi-layer anti-corrosion and heat-resistant reinforcement treatment. The complete furnace vessel offers outstanding sealing performance, preventing escape of toxic flue gas and corrosive vapor during continuous industrial operation.
The internal electrolytic reaction subsystem applies optimized electrode layout and special-form isolating diaphragm assembly, creating uniform electric-field distribution within the electrolyte solution to promote stable metal ion precipitation.
This unit features a mature PLC centralized control system with clear display of all core operating indicators on a human-machine touch-screen panel. Both manual and automatic operation modes are available.
The well-sealed furnace body connects with matched dust-collecting and waste-gas-disposal equipment, collecting and processing volatile flue gas, dust particles, and corrosive vapor in a centralized manner.
