1. Product Overview

Our factory specializes in the production of carbon fiber composite sheets and can process and mold various types of carbon fiber seat back panels. The products are manufactured by molding carbon fiber fabric with epoxy resin in a single-piece, high-temperature compression molding process, achieving both lightweight construction and ultra-high structural strength. We maintain a stock of standard blank panels in sizes 400×500 mm and 500×600 mm, with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 10 mm. The panel surface is available in a variety of textures, and we support custom CNC precision milling and custom-shaped cutting. These panels are widely used in the manufacture of seat backrests for high-speed trains, automobiles, and industrial equipment, and are suitable for lightweight structural components in various fields such as automation and sports equipment.

1. Lightweight and High-Strength: Reduces Weight and Enhances Efficiency. With a material density of only 1.55–1.60 g/cm³, it weighs one-fifth that of steel and two-thirds that of aluminum alloy, while offering tensile strength superior to conventional metal sheets. When used as seat back panels, it significantly reduces the overall weight of the seat while ensuring the structural rigidity of the backrest, thereby reducing the vehicle’s total load.

2. Low Deformation and High Rigidity for Long-Term Stability: With a coefficient of thermal expansion approaching zero, the material is resistant to warping and deformation in environments with temperature fluctuations. Its excellent modulus of elasticity provides fatigue and bending resistance, preventing dents or cracks even under prolonged sitting pressure, making it ideal for the demands of long-term, high-frequency seat use.

3. Corrosion-Resistant and Insulating, Suitable for Multiple Applications: It is resistant to acids and alkalis, moisture-proof, and rust-proof. It is non-magnetic and offers excellent insulation properties, ensuring stable performance in complex environments such as damp vehicle interiors and outdoor mobility seats, with minimal aging or corrosion.

4. Multiple Textured Finishes to Meet Seat Decorative Needs: Four surface options are available—glossy 3K twill, matte 3K twill, plain weave, and forged random weave. The panels are free of bubbles and delamination, and resist chipping during cutting and processing, balancing structural performance with aesthetic appeal.

5. Flexible Delivery via Stock and Customization Options: Standard-size blank panels are available for immediate shipment. We also support custom cutting, slotting, drilling, chamfering, laminating, and integrated processing of irregularly shaped seat back panels. We can quickly cut and produce parts based on customer drawings or samples.

3. Suitable Processing Methods and Seat Application Scenarios

Supports CNC milling, laser cutting, sanding and chamfering, and laminating; cannot be welded. Primarily used for automotive aftermarket seats, high-speed rail seats, go-kart sports seats, and medical rehabilitation seat back panels, serving as a load-bearing substrate for seatbacks that balances lightweight design, aesthetic appeal, and structural stability.
