Pet-Centric Features:
| Feature | The Experience |
| Heatstroke Prevention | If the room gets too hot (e.g., >28°C), the sensor triggers the AC to turn on automatically to cool your pet. |
| Escape Alert | Receive an instant push notification if the front door or balcony door opens unexpectedly. |
| Lighting Comfort | Schedule lights to turn on at sunset so your pet isn't left in the dark waiting for you. |
| Mold Protection | Humidity sensors ensure the environment stays dry and healthy for sensitive pets. |
Peace of Mind Benefits:
Remote Control: Check if you turned off the heater/AC from the office.
History Logs: See exactly when doors were opened or closed.
No "Ghost" Switching: Stable Zigbee connection prevents lights from flickering and scaring pets

Q1: Will my cat trigger the motion sensor?
A: The sensor is usually mounted high up. While it can detect pets, you can adjust the angle or set it to only trigger lights, not alarms, to avoid false panic.
Q2: How does the temperature automation work?
A: You set a rule in the App: "If Temp > 27°C, send IR signal to turn on AC." It works automatically, keeping your pets cool even during heatwaves.
Q3: Is the signal harmful to pets?
A: Absolutely not. The Zigbee/Wi-Fi signals used are standard low-power radio waves, same as your router, and are completely safe for all animals.
Q4: Can I share access with my dog walker?
A: Yes. You can add the dog walker as a "Guest" in the App, allowing them to control lights or see the door status during their scheduled hours only.
Q5: What happens if the power goes out?
A: You can configure the "Power-On State." We recommend setting it to "Previous State" or "Off" to ensure heaters/ACs don't blast automatically when power returns, ensuring pet safety.
