1. 产品介绍

单相导轨式电能表主要用于计量低压网络的单相有功电能,同 时可测量电压,电流,功率等电量,具有433RF通讯功能,选配远程分合闸功能,方便用户进行用电监测,集抄和远程断电控制.可灵活安装于配电箱内,实现对不同区域和不同负荷的分项电能计量.

产品符合国际 IEC62053-21/23和国际IEC62055-31 的设计要求从专用计量芯片,国际品牌关键元器件,由内到外,全方位保障产品的高精度计量,高可靠性应用. 所有的产品均按照IS09001和ISO14001标准生产,确保产品的可靠性,稳定性,从而延长产品使用年限.

3.外观结构

①LED指示灯:

·LED指示灯“Credit”为信用灯,当余额充足时亮绿色灯光,余额不足时亮红色灯光.

·LED指示灯“Warning”为警报灯,当处于窃电状态和余额为零时亮黄色灯光.

·LED指示灯“1000imp/kWh”为计量脉冲灯,当电表接入负载后正常工作,该灯会开始亮蓝灯闪烁,每闪烁1000次为1度电.

②窃电开关透明保护盖:起到窃电保护的作用.当开关开启时,电表处在窃电状态,黄灯亮起.

③表号:为电表的ID,起到识别电表的作用.

5. 电气接线

接线端子:

·1端子为火线进端,

·2端子为火线出端,

·3端子为零线进出端；

·5,6端子为脉冲端子.

6.功能

6.1远程通讯:

·单相导轨电表支持RF无线抄表,使用CIU进行抄表,通讯距离为500M；使用DCU进行批量抄表,通讯距离可达到1000M.

·DCU,CIU都可对单相导轨表进行远程控制,对其进行充值,清窃电,清信贷等控制操作.

·电表是STS标准的电能表,需要用户输入20位的Token才能对电表进行售电,清信贷,清窃电等操作.

6.2防窃电:

当透明保护盖被打开后,触发窃电开关,电表断闸并报警“Warning”指示灯点亮,起到窃电保护功能.

6.3参数设置:

表外部带红外通讯接口,用户可以使用这一接口对电能表进行特殊参数设置.

6.4额度报警:

当电表余额不足时“Credit”指示灯变为红色,当电表余额为零时“Warning”指示灯亮.

8.操作说明

单相导轨表出厂时已经售电10kwh,处在余额充足,处在窃电状态.

客户使用时,需要先将电能表安装好后再次上电,等待电能表正常工作后使用配套的CIU输入一段20位清窃电Token电能表完成窃电报错消除,电表合闸进入正常工作状态,然后客户就可以正常售电了.
