IEC 60529 IPX5 IPX6 Strong Water Spray Test Chamber for Electrical Products & Components

Product information:

This equipment is designed to test the performance of products in rainy climate conditions, simulating storage, transportation, and usage environments. It is mainly used for electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, components, automobiles, motorcycles, and their parts. The equipment checks the physical properties and performance of these products under simulated rainy conditions. After testing, the product's performance is evaluated to determine if it meets required standards, helping with product design, improvement, verification, and factory inspections. Can meet IPX5 and IPX6 protection levels

Design Principle:

A water tank is set at the bottom. Water is pumped and pressurized by a stainless steel water pump inside the right control box and then sent to the nozzle of the side water spray pipe device. The nozzle sprays water horizontally onto the samples on the turntable and then scatters into the water tank, thus forming a water circulation system. Electrical control

6. Flow and pressure control: manual valve is used to control flow and pressure, digital flow meter indicates flow, stainless steel case spring pressure gauge indicates pressure.

7. Preset test time: 0S～99H59M59S adjustable.

Usage Environment

1. Ambient temperature: RT10～35℃(average temperature within 24 hours ≤28℃).

2. Ambient humidity: ≤85%RH.

3. Power supply: 380V 50HZ three-phase five-wire + protective ground wire, the grounding resistance of the protective ground wire is less than 4Ω; the user is required to configure an air or power switch of corresponding capacity for the equipment at the installation site, and this switch must be independent and dedicated for this equipment.
