  • This batch-style 2500℃ vacuum induction sintering furnace adopts upgraded IGBT power supply module, which greatly cuts power consumption and delivers steady long-run operation for high-temperature material sintering work.
  • Equipped with mature medium-frequency induction heating matched with fully sealed vacuum chamber, it creates uniform and stable ultra-high temperature field to meet strict densification standards of high-performance special materials.
  • Designed for long-cycle industrial production, it adopts heavy-duty robust frame and intelligent temperature control system. Users can freely set heating rate, holding duration and cooling curves to guarantee uniform sintering quality of each batch of workpieces.
  • Suitable for both mass industrial production and small sample trial processing, it can sinter boron carbide sheets, high-performance ceramics and hard alloy components.
