Description:
This lab vacuum induction furnace can reach up to 3200°C, designed for small material test samples in research labs.
It uses reliable medium-frequency induction heating, paired with full vacuum and argon gas protection systems. It can hit ultra-high temperatures to sinter and heat treat high-performance advanced materials.
Made for school labs and material R&D teams, there are three models to choose from. It works for early lab trials, sample preparation and small batch production. The IGBT control system plus Japan Shimaden FP93 temperature controller keeps temperature steady and adjustable.
It comes with an American Raytek non-contact infrared thermometer that measures temperatures from 1000°C to 3200°C. Temperature difference stays within ±5°C, so every test result is stable and repeatable.
You can run it under vacuum or low-pressure argon gas. A built-in circulating water cooling system keeps the machine cool during long runs. You can also add extra parts like gas purifiers to fit special material processing needs. It’s great for new material research and small-volume lab production.
Application:
Carbon & Graphite Materials: Processing of graphite powder, graphene, anthracite, carbon nanotubes, carbon fiber, and graphite powder.
Ceramic & Hard Alloys: Sintering of silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, boron carbide, and other high-performance ceramic components.
Special Functional Materials: Heat treatment of lithium battery materials, rare earth oxides, radiation-proof materials, rhenium materials, metal billets, and powder metallurgy products (e.g., metal/composite metal powders).
Other Materials: Processing of boric anhydride, magnesium fluoride, poly-silicon materials, calcium carbide, and negative electrode materials.
