Marine Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generation systems are specialized units designed to produce high-purity nitrogen (N₂) onboard ships and offshore platforms. These systems are essential for applications such as inert gas generation, cargo tank blanketing, fire prevention, and purging in marine environments.

Working principle This PSA nitrogen generating system is composed of compressed air system, compressed air purification system, PSA nitrogen making system, nitrogen storage system, etc. 1.Air compressor provides compressed air with certain pressure; 2.Air purification system purifies compressed air by removing the dust, oil and water; 3.Nitrogen separation system produce qualified nitrogen gas with psa technology; 4.Nitrogen storage system provides a stable source and store nitrogen gas.
