The nitrogen pressurization pry device is a complete and independent pressurization module that integrates all necessary components such as a nitrogen booster, pipeline system, valves, instruments, and control unit, and is fixed on a steel structure base (pry block). Its core function is to pressurize low-pressure nitrogen gas from upstream sources (such as PSA nitrogen generators or low-pressure storage tanks) to the required high-pressure state for the process or application.

Intake: Low pressure nitrogen gas (usually 0.5-1.0 MPa) enters the turbocharger through an inlet filter.
Compression: The booster compresses nitrogen, increasing pressure and temperature.
Cooling and Separation: High temperature and high-pressure nitrogen gas is cooled by an aftercooler and then removed from the condensate by a gas-liquid separator.
Output: Clean high-pressure nitrogen gas (pressure can reach 15-45 MPa, or even higher) is transported to the point of use through the outlet pipeline.
Control: PLC automatically controls the start and stop of the booster according to the set value of the outlet pressure, maintaining stable outlet pressure. Stop the machine when the pressure reaches the set upper limit, and automatically start when the pressure drops to the set lower limit.

Modularization and Integration: All components are pre installed and tested in the factory, and delivered as a whole, significantly reducing on-site installation workload, time, and cost.

Compact and space saving: The optimized design of the pry mounting structure is very compact, especially suitable for space limited occasions such as offshore platforms and ship engine rooms.
