Product Application

The oil tank truck is mostly used for the transportation and storage of oil derivatives, such as diesel, gasoline, coal tar, lubricating oil, etc. According to different application and service environment, this vehicle has multiple oil feeding or delivering functions, like oil suction, oil pumping, separate loading of multiple oils, and so on.

Characteristics

1. The dedicated part of the oil tank truck is composed of the tank body, power takeoff, transmission shaft, gear oil pump, pipe network system, and other components. The pipe network system consists of pipes, oil pump, filter screen, two-way ball valve, and three-way ball valve.
2. The tank can be made of aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, or plastic, so as to transport industrial oil, edible oil, crude oil, and other kinds of oil.
3. The tank can be divided into separate parts to hold different oils, foods, and chemicals. It can be added with refueling gun, flow meter, tax fuel dispenser, 15m automatic back-to-position refueling reel, and other devices.
4. The pipe network system adopts full aluminum alloy. The upper and lower dual network can realize self-priming and gravity discharge.

Tank Material

High quality steel plate can use high-quality 4-6mm thick carbon steel, materials can be carbon steel, stainless steel, according to the need can also use aluminum alloy, pure aluminum cans, lined with rubber, rolling plastic, plastic cans, fiberglass cans and so on.

Tank Welding Process

Longitudinal beam welding strength double head with plasma CNC cutting machine blanking, after using of follow suit rotary machine spinning once, to increase the strength. The tank body is automatically welded by gas shielded welding in the welding fixture work station, which guarantees the original quality of the weld seam of the tank. The length of the tank is welded by a whole-shaped longitudinal beam to ensure the strength of the tank body.
The tank shall be treated with a whole shot peening process to eliminate weld stress and overall rust removal.

Discharge System

Automatic loading and unloading convenient safe bottom cans the main components are tail gas recovery system, leak-proof system, subsea valve, European-standard cans, head, SO2 socket, anti-static system, bottom canned API connectors. Reduce the volatilization of oil and gas, greatly reduce the time of loading and unloading of oil, realize automatic loading and unloading, avoid unnecessary safety accidents.

Engine Exhaust Pipe

Engine exhaust pipe for the front-type structure, in line with the requirements of national standards, in the use of the process should be equipped with fire caps to prevent accidents.

Fuel Refulling Truck
