Production description

BBQ coal stick briquette press machine is mainly used to use the screw extrusion principle to process coal powder mixed with a certain proportion of liquid binder into different bar shapes and size of briquettes, with certain strength, also you can choose to make the briquettes with or without a hole in the core part. The utilization of this machine can make full use of the charcoal powder material, you do not need to mix the material with lime, it reduces the cost of fuel, and improves the calorific value of raw material.

This BBQ charcoal coal briquette extruder machine belongs to extruding pressure type. It also named as charcoal bar extruder. It is mainly used for compressing charcoal, coal etc. powder into solid briquettes. The finished briquettes can be used for BBQ or other purpose.

The charcoal/coal briquette extruder machine is matched with automatic cutter, which is specially designed by us. It can save a lot of labor cost for you. The briquettes made by it has good appearance and uniform size.

Raw material condition:

A: It is depend on the properties of your raw materials and also usage of briquettes. We have some formula of binders for some of raw materials, we would like to share them to our customers.

Q: After ordered a briquette machine, how do we slove the equipment installing?

A: For a small single briquette machine, we offer you user manual, customer will install and commissioning as operating introduction; For a complete briquette machine production line, we will send our engineer to your workplace to help you install and commissioning untill machines work normally.

Q: What’s the delivery time after I pay the deposit?
