The SDS6-2VF Digital Readout (DRO) is equipped with an RS232-C output port to enable connection with PCs and dedicated industrial systems.

The SDS6 series digital readout counter adopts the latest 16-bit single-chip microcontroller (SCM) technology and supports high-frequency A/B phase input signals up to 5MHz.
It fulfills all basic functional requirements for various machine tools, making it a fully versatile DRO unit. It delivers faster measuring speed with a more intuitive, responsive control system.
Each axis supports up to 40-point nonlinear compensation to significantly boost measurement precision.

Advanced Functions:

1. Calculation Function:This digital readout unit supports adjustable decimal resolution with 3, 4 or 5 selectable decimal places for higher calculation accuracy.
2. Non-Linear Error Compensation:The system is equipped with up to 40-segment non-linear error compensation to elevate machining precision.
3. Inch Mode Decimal Selection:4 or 5 decimal places are available for inch measurement mode. 4-digit resolution meets measurement demands for long travel ranges, while 5-digit resolution delivers ultra-high-precision readout.
4. Communication Interface:Built-in RS232-C output port for data transmission.
