Descriptions & Applications:
ETFE cable ties (also known as Teflon cable ties or Tefzel cable ties) offer superior heat resistance compared to nylon, excellent chemical resistance, good weather resistance, and non-stick and low-friction properties. The cable ties made of ETFE (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer) offer excellent resistance to high temperatures, chemicals (strong acids and alkalis), radiation (such as gamma radiation), and a UL94V-0 flame retardancy rating. They are suitable for a variety of harsh industrial environments, including those in the food processing, chemical processing, nuclear power plants, aerospace, and shipbuilding industries, where harsh environments or high-demand applications are common. They maintain stable performance in temperatures ranging from -60°C to 200°C.
