They are designed to withstand extreme high and low temperatures, excellent compression deformation resistance, and good compatibility with various media. 1. Exceptional High-Temperature Resistance
Our silicone rubber seals can withstand continuous high temperatures up to 230°C (446°F), and special high-temperature grades can reach 270°C (518°F), while EPDM rubber seals can maintain stable performance at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 150°C (-40°F to 302°F). They will not harden, crack, deform or degrade even under long-term high-temperature operation, ensuring reliable sealing performance in high-temperature working environments such as engine compartments, industrial furnaces and high-temperature pipelines.

The products have excellent compression set resistance and rebound elasticity. The compression deformation rate is controlled within 15-25% (tested at 175°C for 22h according to ASTM D 395), which effectively improves the sealing reliability and extends the service life of the product.
