Our standard MOQ is 2,000 pieces per keypad model; lower quantity can be discussed for trial orders.

Q3: Can I get a free sample?
Existing samples are free, you only pay the freight. Custom samples need a sample fee which is refundable against the bulk order.

Q4: What is the lead time?
Samples take 5–7 days and mass production takes 7–15 working days after sample approval.

Every keypad is 100% tested for contact resistance and appearance before packing.
