Liquid Silicone Rubber for Cake Mold Making, Addition Silicone Rubber, is general called two-component room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber with excellent fluidity and good operational performance. Add curing agent of 2% at the room temperature, the silicone rubber is still operational within 30 minutes, and in 4-6 hours, an elastic silicon mold will be obtained with resistance to deformation, high-temperature, acid and alkali and expansion. The silicone rubber is mainly applicable to mold duplication of poly crafts, resin craftworks, lightings, candles, etc. And fabrication of precision molds.

Using Instruction of Liquid Silicone Rubber for Cake Mold Making
Step One:Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.
Step Two: Vacuum pumping . Without exception, this step takes less than 10 minutes.Note: The time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3-5 minutes ,otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuum pumping process, it will not be operated .
Step Three: Pouring the vacuumed silicone mixture into the frame with original concrete mold .

The Silicone Rubber for Candle Mold Making is stored at or below 30 °C(85 °F) in the original unopened containers .
After 12 months,please use a stirring mill to stir the Part A silicone for some minutes, then the silicone can be use again, no influence for other performance.
12 months from date of production when stored at 25°C in the original sealed packages.
