Description of 1:1 Two Component Liquid Urethanes Rubber for Panel Stone Mold Making

It is two-part compounds that vulcanizes at room temperature.With 100% polyurethane resin properties. Containing no contain
solvent,after curing, it will be forming a is light yellow clear also glittering layer.it's used extensively in industry, voltage
transformer potting. A/B after curing.It has excellent weatherability and resistance to UV - irradiation.Environmentally product,when in the sunshine,it can't change the color within short time.

It is a type of mold making rubber made from a two-component system (base plus curative; A+B) available in a hardness range of very soft to medium - usually from 35 Shore A to 90 Shore.

It is suitable for manufactured stone, concrete wall panel, cultured stones and architectural elements.

Importtant : Pre Mix the Part B before using. After dispensing Part A and Part B into mixing container, mix thoroughly for at least 3 minutes making sure that you scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing container several times. If Mixing Large Quantities at one time, use a mechanical mixer for 3 minutes followed by careful hand mixing for one minute as directed above. Then, pour entire quantity into a new, clean mixing container and do it all over again. Although this product is formulated to minimize air bubbles in your the cured rubber, vacuum degassing will further reduce entrapped air. A pressure casting technique using a pressure chamber can yield totally bubble free molds.
