Benefits
Polyimide heater (polyimide film heater) is available in a variety of shapes, sizes, and wattages, it is a clear amber colored polyimide film.
The process for making flexible heating film is similar to that of Etched Foil Silicone heaters.
It is a high-temperature flexible heating element with excellent dielectric properties capable of operating environments between -185 degree celsius to 180 degree Celsius.
Application of polyimide Foil Flexible Heaters:
1. Medical diagnostic instruments: Heat sample trays, reagent bottles, etc.
2. Stabilize optoelectronic components
3. Test or simulate integrated circuits
4. Enable cold weather operation of outdoor electronics such as laptap, ATM, LCD'S
5. Protect aircraft eletronic and mechanical devices in cold weather / area
The heating and anti-freezing of satellites, aero equipment and mobile devices uses PI heaters due to its light weight, toughness and heat uniformity.
The working voltage of the product can be 1-100V and the circuit can be customized according to the heating requirement, which is very flexible.
Oil, chemical corrosion and radiation tolerance makes it suitable in severe environment.
