1. Weigh

• Ratio: Mix Part A and Part B in an exact 1:1 weight ratio using an electronic scale. Do not eyeball or measure by volume.

2. Mix

• Action: Stir in one direction for 2 to 3 minutes.

• Tip: Scrape the sides and bottom of the cup thoroughly to ensure complete mixing.

3. De-gas

• Action: Remove air bubbles using a vacuum pump.

• Alternative: If you don't have a pump, let it sit for 5 minutes, then pour the mixture from a high distance in a thin stream.

4. Cure

• Time: It cures in 3 to 5 hours at room temperature (25°C).

• Heat: You can bake it at 60°C to 80°C to cure it in 15 to 30 minutes.

During the handling process, the liquid silicone must *never* be allowed to come into contact with the following substances: Sulfur-containing substances (e.g., elemental sulfur, natural rubber, latex gloves—nitrile or PE gloves must be worn instead); Tin-containing substances (e.g., industrial-grade condensation-cure silicones, tin-based molds); and Amine-, nitrogen-, phosphorus-, or arsenic-containing substances (e.g., certain epoxy curing agents, unsaturated polyester resins, UV-curable adhesives).
