  • Preparation

  • Mixing
    Weigh Part A and Part B at a 1:1 ratio, then stir continuously until achieving a homogeneous mixture.
  • Potting
    Pour slowly for deep cavities to facilitate natural filling. Multi-stage pouring is recommended if required.

  • Curing
    Achieve full curing within 4–12 hours at ambient temperature. Thermal curing can be adopted to shorten processing time.

Packaging & Storage for silicone potting compound:

Standard Packaging: 25kg per drum for both Part A and Part B.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry environment.

Shelf Life: 6 months for unopened original packaging.
