Ultrasonic Generator for Vibrating Sieve

Working principle:
The ultrasonic screening system is composed of ultrasonic power box, transducer and resonance ring. The high-frequency electrical oscillations generated by the ultrasonic power supply box are converted into longitudinal oscillation waves in the form of high-frequency sinusoids by the transducer. These oscillation waves are transmitted to the resonant ring to resonate the resonant ring, and then the resonant ring transmits the vibration evenly to the screen surface. While the materials on the screen are separated by the three-dimensional vibration division, ultrasonic vibration is superimposed, which can effectively prevent mesh blockage and achieve higher screening output and screening accuracy.

Instructions on how to use ultrasound:

1. The ultrasonic controller and the rotary vibrating screen are powered separately. The rotary vibrating screen is powered by three phases, and the ultrasonic power supply is powered by a single phase. Both of them need to be grounded reliably.
2. Connect the aviation plug end of the connecting cable to the oscillator, and ensure that the seal is firmly fixed.
3. Connect the ultrasonic resonance power supply and the ultrasonic connecting cable, and turn on the ultrasonic power switch after checking that it is correct. After the ultrasonic power supply is powered on, the "STOP" light flashes, then press the "Intensity/Stop" button, the power indicator light is on, the ultrasonic resonance power supply starts, and the "STOP" light is off. Ultrasonic enters self-checking state. The frequency is automatically searched, and the ultrasonic resonance power supply enters the normal working state after 10 seconds. Touch the screen with your hand, and the screen will feel obvious vibration.
4. The ultrasonic power supply has 5 power gears, which are used to adjust the output power of the ultrasonic power supply.
5. After the ultrasonic enters the normal working state, press the pulse continuous button to select the working state.
6. Press and hold the "Intensity/Stop" button for 2 seconds, the ultrasonic power supply stops working, and the "STOP" light flashes.
