This high wear resistance silicone door seal strip is engineered and moulded in-house by Dongguan Yunze Silicone Products Co., Ltd. Manufactured from 100% platinum-cured silicone rubber (60°A Shore A, -40°C to +250°C / -40°F to +482°F), this D-shape door seal is designed for demanding industrial applications where heat, chemical exposure, and repeated assembly cycles are routine. Every batch is produced under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system with 100% material inspection and secondary curing to eliminate odour and volatile residue.
