· Corrosion Resistance: Not rust-resistant. In humid or outdoor environments, it must be treated with painting or galvanization; otherwise, it will rust quickly.
· Dimensional Specifications: Typically widths range from 12 to 200 mm, thicknesses from 3 to 60 mm, with a large width-to-thickness ratio for easy cutting and assembly.
Main Application Industries
Flat steel is not directly used for 'equipment bodies' but more often as structural components, connecting parts, and raw materials for processing:
