Pass through shot blasting machine with manganese wire mesh continuous blasting for flat metal parts and aluminum die castings
Capabilities and applications

Wire mesh belt shot blasting machine is suitable for continuous blasting thin and collision-sensitive die castings, pressure castings, ferrous and non-ferrous castings, forgings, automotive accessories, and weldments. Workpiece weight ranging from 1kg to 100kg.

A highly wear-resistant wire mesh belt, with tension adjustment, provides the part transport. Wire mesh belt width has 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm.

Due to the wire mesh belt, the workpieces can be blasted both from upper and bottom. Normally the machine has 4 blast wheel, 6 blast wheels or 8 blast wheels.

Wire mesh belt shot blasting machine chamber is protected by wear-resistant manganese steel liners.

High quality cartridge type dust collector is used to keep the environmental protection, which makes sure the dust emission lower than 30mg/m3.

The machine opening size, quantity and power of blasting wheels, width and length of wire mesh conveyor are confirmed according to the productivity requirements and work piece specifics.
