Designed for all-round surface finishing, the roller conveyor shot blasting machine efficiently descales, derusts and strips old coatings from steel beams, metal sheets and extruded profiles. It also serves as optimal equipment for blast treatment of large intricate mechanical fabrications and welded steel structures.
The complete blasting system is divided into three functional chambers: pre-sealing chamber, main blasting chamber and air washing chamber. Workpieces are conveyed continuously by an inverter-controlled roller bed with an adjustable travel speed of 0.5–4 m/min. Roller dimensions are modified on demand to accommodate maximum workpiece sizes.
The quantity and arrangement of blast turbines and pass openings are customized according to workpiece profiles and measurements. Fabricated from wear-resistant materials, blast wheels with power ratings of 7.5 kW up to 45 kW guarantee reliable high-efficiency blasting performance.
A combination of rotating brushes and high-pressure blowing nozzles installed in the post-cleaning chamber thoroughly clears leftover dust on component surfaces before workpieces exit the machine.
This pass-through blasting equipment can be incorporated into integrated processing lines for steel plates and H-beams, covering cutting, blasting, painting and drying processes in sequence.
A high-performance cartridge dust removal system restricts exhaust dust levels below 30 mg/m³ to meet industrial environmental regulations.
Custom-engineered blasting solutions are available if standard models cannot fulfill your surface preparation criteria.
