Steel belt apron tumble drum shot blasting machine with auto loader for medium metal parts and castings

Capabilities and applications

Rubber belt tumble blast machines (Q32 series) suit mass production for castings, forgings and heat-treated ferrous & non-ferrous parts, performing descaling, deburring, deflashing and shot peening.

Its rubber belt enables gentle part tumbling; tight internal gaps allow blasting tiny workpieces.

Optional auto loading/unloading realizes full automation, with single batch capacity ranging 200–1350kg.
