Fully automatic satellite multi rotary table sand blasting machine for high productivity
Capabilities and applications
Standard rotary table sand blasting machines rely on manual loading for daily operation. They are widely used to clean aluminum and stainless steel parts, glass and acrylic goods, plus rough up workpiece surfaces ahead of coating work.

When integrated into fully automated production lines, this model can be fitted with robotic arms to handle loading and unloading automatically.

Satellite turntable sand blasters have multiple rotating platforms laid out radially, split into two or more independent working stations. While workpieces on one station go through blasting, operators can unload finished pieces and load new ones at another station without pausing production.

The blasting chamber is normally lined with wear-resistant rubber sheets. If you use steel abrasives for processing, we swap the lining for manganese steel plates to withstand heavier wear.

We adjust the number and placement of blasting guns fully based on your workpieces’ shape and overall size.

If a standard model does not meet your surface preparation requirement, we will develop a tailor-made blast machine design for you.
