Steel Pipe Shot Blasting Machine
Our steel pipe shot blasting machine offers precise control over blasting intensity to suit various steel pipe conditions. This automatic shot blasting system features specialized rollers designed for optimal performance.
Capabilities and Applications
The steel pipe shot blasting machine employs a dedicated roller conveyor system primarily used to remove rust, scale, and residual paint layers from carbon steel pipes. In addition to pipes, the system effectively processes LPG cylinders, gas tanks, and other cylindrical workpieces. Components are smoothly transported through the blasting chamber on V-shaped rollers.
We provide two machine types: external wall shot blasting machines and internal wall blasting machines. For internal pipe cleaning:
  • 50 mm to 300 mm diameter pipes: Air blasting method
  • 300 mm to 700 mm diameter pipes: Air blasting or shot blasting options
  • Over 700 mm diameter pipes: Automatic shot blasting equipment recommended
The blasting wheels are constructed from wear-resistant materials with power ranging from 5.5 kW to 30 kW to ensure efficient blasting treatment. Conveying speed is adjustable between 0.5 m/min and 2 m/min.
A high-performance cartridge dust collector ensures environmental compliance, maintaining dust emission concentration below 30mg/m³.
